BIRTH DOULA​

I provide holistic support, education, resources, and referrals to help you plan for a safe and comfortable family-centered birth experience while offering physical and emotional support to guide you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION AND LACTATION CLASSES​

I teach a 4-Hour childbirth education class via Zoom and a 4-Hour lactation/breastfeeding class via Zoom to individuals and groups.

Lactation/Breastfeeding

  • pumping and hand expressing milk
